Mae is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience in rheumatology and mental health. This background provides a unique perspective on the complex relationship between hormones, inflammation, mood, and overall well-being.
Her approach to women’s hormone care integrates estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, and thyroid evaluation with attention to mental health, stress resilience, and inflammatory conditions.
